Babylon - 2008 World Champions
It is with great pride that we can confirm that we have won the 2008 World Championships in Freefly. The competition, based in Maubeuge, France, consisted of 7 challenging rounds - 5 Free and 2 Compulsary. The Free rounds had Cathy and Vince flying with Fred doing a fantastic job on camera, the Compulsay saw Fred and Vince together and deliverying point after point to perfection.
Cathy was also confirmed as the youngest ever World Champion in Freefly and the only girl to have won at world title in the discipline.
We take this opportunity to congratulate Cathy, Vince and Fred for the tremendous effort and discipline they applied in to both the training and final event, and also to thank the whole team that have constantly helped and advised this years team.
