We are proud to present Babylon Freefly, one of the best skydiving teams in the sport, a collective that was created more than 20 years ago.

Our mission has always been to stay at the edge, be dynamic, remain creative and inject vitality into the sport and passion into our work. We truly live and breathe the skydiving life!

Babylon is carving out a creative and dynamic shift, with a re-imagined, super beautiful version of our classic Babylon logo, we refreshed our ID to present Babylon's continuing commitment to the fast growing development of the art of body flying and the sport of Freefly skydiving.

Coaching

Babylon's new Vision...Redefining our future.

One of our successes has been the introduction of a vital and dramatic schedule of events with an edge, aimed at all levels, designed to enlighten and entertain as well as train and inform. The Rebirth of Toys & Games events promise elements of an old style boogie fun vibe fused with a modern "Zen" approach to flying and skydiving community.

Winning numerous gold medals in Freefly, Freestyle, VFS, "2way & 4way Dynamic" Indoor Skydiving at World Class Level with the longest running school in the sport, Babylon have a range of training courses suited to the needs of novices and experts alike.

For individuals seeking to learn or improve their Freefly skills we provide One on One Coaching, for more experienced teams or individuals, Team Training and Big Way Workshops allow a rapid and cost effective way of improving awareness and skills in a safe environment.

Babylon also provides Wind Tunnel Coaching, which allow for rapid progression in a confined space, translating to maximum spacial awareness when in the air.

Production

Babylon has extensive experience in choreography and production of aerial media for mediums including TV, film, music videos, live events and printed media.

We have been involved in projects ranging from television adverts for El Corte Ingles, Peugeot or Nintendo, appearing for the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi annual air show or during the Red Bull Air races, creating inspiring photography for the Readers Digest magazine and shooting for big production film companies. Expertly skilled as body and canopy pilots, we can deliver results of the highest quality with minimal time or fuss, the results are simply stunning.

Stephane Fardel

Our new lineup includes original Babylon founder and owner, an icon of a Freeflyer, Stéphane Fardel... Some people are astonished at his continued motivation and commitment to Babylon and the sport, with 5 gold medals and a total of 10 podiums at World Class Competitions to claim to his name and 3 world class winning Freefly teams trained by him. Stéphane brings a broad wealth of experience and an artistic depth to the team. His sometimes-introverted nature belies an indestructible passion for Freefly and a creative heart.

Cathy Bouette

Long-term Babylon member and collaborator, assists and supports the team with her incredible energetic personality and totally individual flying style and abilities.
A fantastic and breathtakingly talented Free-flyer, and twice Freefly World Champion! The only woman to achieve this in the sport.
Cathy along Stéphane reshapes the new vision for Babylon and it's continued dynamic future, nurturing up-and-coming future members and ripping it up at Babylon events and projects.

Théo Verry

He has many teaching qualifications (instructor, trainer and examiner for Freefly, PAC (AFF) and tandem. This allows him to come and strengthen the Babylon team's field of action. Sharing the love of the sport with his teammates, as well as with the students of the school. In search of permanent progress, Théo is an athlete who thrives on smiles "and fresh water".

Mickael Lamy

Strong and daring, Mickael is a force of nature — forged by the mountains, refined by the sky. With a background as a professional ski freerider, he brings into the air a raw intensity and a deep sense of flow. His flying is instinctive, physical, and honest — guided by feeling rather than performance. He doesn't seek applause, only presence.
Mickael rides the air like he once rode the snow: with humility, precision, and full commitment. Proud to wear the Babylon colours, he trains relentlessly, not to prove anything — but to honour the movement, the tribe, and the path.

Tom Rigaudeau

Tom already moves through the sky with the ease of those who were born to fly. A professional helicopter pilot by trade, and a freeflyer by soul, he lives and breathes the air — whether under a canopy, in a wingsuit, or diving headfirst into a new BASE adventure.
Since the age of 15, he's worked on dropzones with relentless passion, building his path with humility and dedication. A vibrant spirit, a constant smile, and a deep sense of the tribe make him not just a strong flyer, but an inspiring teammate and coach.
Tom embodies the new generation — bold, driven, full of energy — yet deeply connected to the roots and values of old school freefly. For him, this isn't a sport. It's a way of life. And this journey is only just beginning.

Pierre Bastien

Driven by a constant desire to rise higher, Pierre explores the sky with passion, guided by a deep love for freefly. As a PAC and tandem instructor, he relies on solid foundations to share more than just skills — he teaches the art of flying. His style, fluid and committed, reveals a sincere quest for harmony and connection in the air.
Deeply moved by the roots of freefly and the legacy of those who shaped it, Pierre joins Babylon with the soul of a keeper — dedicated to carrying forward the spirit, memory, and conscious flight that define our tribe.

Eliott Ferrandez

Our newest recruit, brought into the new Babylon competition squad alongside Pierre and Tom. Talented and driven, Eliott combines solid tunnel experience with a hunger to keep progressing in the sky.
He approaches every training session with focus and an energy that's contagious to those around him.
A natural in the air, Eliott brings a fresh, fearless spirit to the team - eager, dynamic, and ready to push limits from day one. A young flame already burning bright, and Babylon is excited to watch it grow even further.
